Long Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Long Beach is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Good work and typically completed in a reasonable time. Front desk could be a little better when it comes to updates, but I think they are younger. All in all solid experience. Best to go through insurance when using this place unless the damage is minor, as out of cost prices are inflated due to just how the industry is. Happy with my vehicle.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Collision Works I visited Collision Works on November 13, 2025, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Jesse Morales, the general manager, was incredibly unprofessional. He spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and tried to deflect responsibility, making it difficult to communicate effectively. This issue began almost a year ago when my sunroof was damaged due to glass debris left over from a windshield replacement. When I first brought my car in, Jesse Morales dismissed my concerns and incorrectly diagnosed the problem, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. I had to take my car to Mercedes, who confirmed that the damage was indeed related to the windshield replacement. This initial misdiagnosis caused a lot of back-and-forth and unnecessary stress. When I returned in October to address a separate issue with the sunroofβs perimeter seal, Jesse again tried to dismiss the repair by claiming it was a manufacturerβs defect, even though the repair was still under a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. He attempted to shift the blame to the manufacturer, despite it being less than a year since the repair. Overall, the experi

From start to finish Collision Works took great care of me. My wife was hit by a teenager, and wrecked our new car. Collision Works made sure everything was taken care of, and made my experience smooth. My car is back to new, and they even detailed it for me. Donβt take your Tesla anywhere else.

I had an accident in January, Sure! Hereβs a slightly different version for your Google review: I had an accident in January, and since the other partyβs insurance was State Farm, I was looking for a body shop that works with them and specializes in Teslas. Thatβs how I found Collision Works in Long Beach, and I couldnβt be happier with my decision! The repair was done faster than expectedβmy car was back in about two weeksβand it looked absolutely flawless, even better than before the accident. The attention to detail was impressive, and the whole process was smooth. The staff was friendly and professional, and on top of that, they even have free M&Mβs in the waiting area. If youβre a Tesla owner in need of a reliable body shop, this is definitely the place to go!

So my new year started off by a lady backing into my car . It worked out though because my insurance (progressive) covered everything. This place is amazing. I called in and gave them my claim number, told them i was dropping it off and it was simple as that. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning right when they opened and it was done by Thursday afternoon. I couldn't be happier. The guy that helped me was so great, (i completely forgot his name sorry) he was helpful and got me in & out super fast. If you are looking to have work done on your car this is the place to go. If I ever need help again in the future I will definitely be coming back. Thanks you guys.
